In 1977 a group of 4 friends would go missing from the french quarter area of New Orleans. For a few years Junice Traedir (Female), Brice Hornbecker (Male), Ambrose Smith (Male) and Terris Strong (Male) were missing with the only friend group member not missing, Harriet Linsben (Male) not knowing where they were after questioning. It was not until July of 1979 when neighbors started to report the smell of disease did anybody report the missing friends. When police arrived to Linsben's home the body of Harriet was found decomposing on the living room couch. Their neck had visible rope burn marks and their calfs were sliced open by a swiss army knife that was left under the couch. Various objects in the house (such as various handles) had string tied around them and various small ramps and ladders were found around the living room, kitchen and bedroom area of the house. Four hamster cages were found in Linsben's bedroom with two of them with closed doors, each of them having a mound made up of dirt from a nearby potted plant and a broken pencil as makeshift headstone. Investigation of the closet of the bedroom (one of the only secluded areas of the house with an air vent) revealed the location of Junice and Brice, the only survivors of the Linsben 4. After a informal agreement Linsben had used size altering magic on the 4 and subjected them to various acts of torture. While not confirmed this crime is belived to have lead to the text in the Personal Autonomy Protection Act of 1980 which is belived to have subverted an otherwise landslide election to be a winning margin in the opposite direction.
